The 60th Anniversary of Rathfeigh National School celebrations takes place this Friday at 7.30p.m. It is an important event in the history of our school. We would like to invite all parents of children in the school at present, past pupils, teachers, friends and neighbours to the school on Friday evening to celebrate the occasion.
Tomorrow (Tuesday) from 11.00 to 12.00 members of the victorious underage Skryne Gaelic Football teams will be visiting the school with cups won. This is a good opportunity for the children to meet some of the players and get photographs taken. Children can wear football jerseys to school tomorrow.
On Wednesday Circus Photography will be visiting the school to take photographs of our school Gaelic Football and Rounders’ Teams.
We are having a jumble sale in the school hall on Thursday (June 19th). If you would like to donate toys, books, games etc. please bring them in tomorrow and Wednesday. The children always enjoy the jumble sale and they can bring in a few euro to spend on Thursday.
School reports will be posted out on Tuesday (June 17th).
Tennis finishes for all classes this Wednesday.
The HSE will be doing MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella) catch up for Senior Infants to Sixth Class on Friday 20th June. Please return the form to the school if you wish to have your child vaccinated.
Reminder – If you haven’t already paid for Copies, Homework Journal and Folders for next year please send in money before Wednesday 18th June (in an envelope).
Book Rental deposit (or full payment) to be paid before Monday 23rd June.
